Sweet and tasty pomelo jam

Prepare ingredients
STEP 1
peel the pomelo ,remember to take out seeds

Notic : we only use pulps , so it won’t tasted Bitter ,if you want to add peel in ,you need to boiled peels ,then remove white part.
STEP 2
Mix pomelo , salt , sugar , then put in refrigerator , rest a day.

Simmer , until it turn stinky
Then slowly add the honey
Then pour lemon juice in you can adjust according to your preferred taste

Finally
according to your preferred taste pour in Tequila
invert the bottle and rest
sweet pomelo jam is done.
